Health aspects of the selected Textile Fibres which we use
The fibres which ROHDE uses for weaving are ones where the diameters are controlled
precisely and exceed 5 microns. This is guaranteed as the fibres are drawn through
platinum bushings and therefore provides an exact determination of the diameter form.
Fibres with these diametric dimensions cannot be inhaled.
The further 5 stages during the production - packing - inspection steps are very
closely monitored we take the greatest possible care to ensure that inspections are
carried out at each stage.
These involve the choice of yarn, the uniformity of the weaving construction, the
finish, cutting the edges & packing and an eventual occurrence of imperfections.
For those customers confronted by such aspects as when the time factor when painting
the Wall Covering is of relative importance and when an even prime coating is
desired, we developed our white pigmented qualities of ROHDE TEXTILES GLASGEWEBE
and which are sold under series 40 nomenclature.
The usage of the complete ROHDE System comprising the adhesive, the ROHDE TEXTILES
GLASGEWEBE and the final Finish enables one to optimise the synergy between all
components and results in perfect results.
